System Copy with database logs

Hi dear Gurus,

    We are migrating our customers to a new datacenter using this procedure:

1.- System Copy

2.- Refresh Database

3.- Database log migration

   This strategy allows reduced downtime an it worked fine on all Database version

    Any idea on how to do this procedure on Sybase?

Copy the database without opening it and then syncronize it with latest Database log files?
