sybase logs

Hi all,

       I had deleted historical logs and data from in dbacockpit using prune data and prune log.

       after that i restarted the system.

       now when i try to connect to dbacockpit it says "sybase ase error 4001 cannot open default database saptools".

       I am new to sybase. can any one tell me were we can find the logs related to this and database error logs.
