run out of LOCKS

Hello,

I´m in updating my system and I'm getting and RFC ERROR:

1EETQ399 Last error code set is: RFC login to system SID ashost HOST nr 01 gwhost HOST gwservice sapgw01 failed with code 13 key RFC_INVALID_HANDLE: Invalid RFC connection handle.

In SM21 I can see this error:

> [ASE Error SQL1204]ASE has run out of LOCKS. Re-run your

> command when there are fewer active users, or contact a user

> with System Administrator (SA) role to reconfigure ASE with

> more LOCKS.#

How can I know the number of locks configured in the database and how to change them?
