How to determine the "dump instant" for a database/transaction log dump

Hello,

Is there any way to programmatically determine the end of phase 2 aka "dump instant" during a database dump. I mean, is there any API calls or SQL calls?

The exact value of dump instant is needed to figure out which transaction log to load after which full backup.
