data file folder is not specified ASE SWPM installation

Hi Gurus

I have a weird problem. I try to install a distributed system (migration) but whenever I try to add a datafile I get the following error:

I have admin and domain rights, installed the same thing with same export as sandbox on identical server but still as soon as I change anything in this screen I get this error.

I'm also getting:

1817091 - SYB: Could not load SYB library sybdrvodb64.dll. when connecting to a Sybase ASE database

But reinstalling is nog solution

Anyone has a clue?
