ASE upgrade and always on option for Business Suite

Hi All,

1. ASE 16.0.0.1 running on Business Suite , now we are planning to upgrade patch to 16.0.2.3 (SP02 Patch 3).

     Can I go ahead directly with SP02 or do we need to install SP01 first?

     2. Is Always On option available for ASE 16.0.2.3 version running on Business Suite Applications.

     3. Is it possible to directly upgrade 15.7.101 version to 16.0.2.3 version?

Could you please clarify above doubts.
